What do the dolls come with?
How long does it take to make a doll?
Dolls take 5-7 business days to complete, not including any special modifications. Since everything from stitching to painting is handmade, processing time can vary depending on volume of sales at the time.
What are the dolls made of?
Body - 100% cotton
Head - jersey cotton
Hair - yarn (mixture of wool and acrylic)
Stuffing - hypoallergenic 100% polyfill
Design - non-toxic water-based acrylic paint that doesn't wash off
What can I personalize about my doll?
Every doll comes with your choice of color top and bottom.
Pick your skin/eye/hair color and type of hair (eg. curly, wavy, bangs, straight).
Add any details such as freckles, tattoos, piercings, dimples, etc.
Extras can be added on such as shoes, hats, jackets, custom clothes (replicate your outfit), etc.
Sometimes we can't match the exact pattern/color, but we'll always seek your approval before moving forward.
Note: Send us multiple reference photos to create a more realistic doll.
Can the dolls be washed?
Clothes can be washed in cool soapy water and the body should be washed with a wet soapy wash cloth.
Avoid washing the face as design may fade in time by doing this.
What if I don't like my doll?
Our most important value is to provide 100% satisfaction and we always work with you to help achieve that. When the doll is finished, we'll send you photos to ensure you're satisfied with the result or make modifications if necessary. Once we get your confirmation, we'll ship your doll with free express shipping!
