Our goal is 100% satisfaction. That is why we have a process set up to ensure that you are happy with your Forever Dolly before we ship it out. But in order for this process to work, we will need to work together. Please make sure you are specific with your details and send clear photos. 

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom dolls, we are not able to offer refunds cancellations, or exchanges after shipping unless the doll arrives damaged. We will provide photos before shipping out which will allow us to make any revisions and modification necessary. Revisions can and will effect delivery times, therefore multi-revisions will normally exceed the expected delivery date as we need your email authorization to proceed from step to step.

Sculpting and painting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. Our specially-trained artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness however they are stuffed dolls and expectations should be kept realistic. If you are not satisfied with the outcome and we cannot meet your expectations, a refund will be given minus 35% cancelations fee. Once you approve the doll and it is shipped, you can not longer receive a refund.
